Please reach us at tutoringwnl@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
We offer both in-person and online sessions. Depending on what session or special program you are looking to have will determine whether in-person sessions are available.
Our private Mental Wellness sessions are sessions geared primarily toward our student-athletes, but any student, parent and/or guardian is surely welcomed to sign up. With these sessions, we provide one-on-one work with a professional Mental Performance Coach on anything from life stressors, to academic anxieties, to mental hurdles faced during sports, to even how to stay on task with your life, health, and fitness goals.
Yes, we have our College Preparation and Mentoring Program for 10th and 11th graders and Community College students looking to transfer. The program consists of weekly sessions surrounding around college prep, PSAT, SAT and ACT test prep, college application essays peer editing, and guidance through the college admissions process.
Aside from our College Preparation and Mentoring Program sessions, anyone can sign up for our Tutoring or Mental Wellness sessions. We are here to help everyone: student, parent, guardian, or otherwise.
If you click on our "promos" tab above, you will see all current promotions we offer. You can also follow us on all our social media platforms to be notified as soon as they are posted.
Each session for Tutoring (virtual and in-person) will be a total of 1 hour (50-55 minutes with remaining 5-10 minutes to close-out session). This time limit is also the same for our College Preparation and Mentoring Program sessions. For our Mental Wellness sessions, each session will be 50 minutes.
Our policy for cancelling a session is just as follows:
The parent/guardian/client must notify the front office at least two days (48hrs) in advance about missing a session. If completed within this guideline, the money meant for the cancelled session will be saved as a form of a "credit" and used for a later session. The only way to excuse a last-minute cancellation is if it was an emergency (*Proof must be provided in order to void the loss of your session and your session’s payment). Otherwise, if the parent/guardian/client did not cancel a session by the 48-hour time frame or show proof of emergency and the student did not attend their session, their session will not be made up and the payment allotted for that particular session will be lost.
**Note: This Cancellation Policy is in regards to all sessions.
We are currently only accepting contactless payments.
